- Go to My account then Subscriptions
- If you have more than 1 subscription then click the Subscription number
- At the bottom of the page, check the Collection date. This is when your next order will be ready to pick up.
Note: The “Next recurring order” is not the day the order can be collected. It’s the day when the renewal order is generated which is 7 days after the subscription was started (or resumed).
I know this is confusing and maybe we should display “Next (order) cycle)” instead of “Next recurring order”?
